Binaural Beats

If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

A lot of you have been asking so I’m just going to get straight to it.

I have been meditating a lot (about 2 hours a day) with Binaural Beats lately. Here is a quick rundown on how it works with pictures :). I have exhaustively sampled BBeats from these groups:

IDoser
Brain Sync
Hemi Sync
Holosync
Neuro Programmer 2 pre-programed beats
Dr Jeffery D. Thompson
Brain Mind Voyages

Soon enough I needed more control over the frequencies that I was applying. So the universe presented me with these applications for making my own:

Neuro Programmer 2 (Commercial)

bwgen (Commercial)

Gnaural (Open Source)

SBaGen (Open Source)

Now I don’t have easy access to a Windows box so I stuck with SBaGen for most of my experiments, happy to find that it is probably the most powerful beat generator out there.

Below are pages I have found essential to making my own Binaural Beats:

The BWgen Mailing list

A well researched Frequency List

The SBaGen mailing list

The two mailing lists contain a lot of history to search through. And don’t forget UseNet!

Its nice to leverage the power of others who have explored these things. Thanks to all of the people who have put time in before me I have gotten straight to the point and have been able to go pretty deep into my meditations without the need for much tinkering.

I am currently adding talks by famous teachers like Eckhart Tolle and Adyashanti to the background of deep learning frequencies like 12 or 14hz and finishing it off with effective gamma waves (36-44hz) for a super solid spiritual transmission.

This is all very fun and exciting for me right now. If you are interested in brain wave entertainment, let me know and I’ll get a CD to you ASAP.

Let the learning begin! :P
