Breaths Per Minute and Consciousness

The average person breathes about 18 breaths/minute – taps us into flesh or skin level, and interpersonal consciousness. Based on ego or “I” principle; 25,920 breaths in 24 hours (equivalent to the sun going through the 12 zodiac signs every 25,920 years, which equals a “Great Year”).

Nine breaths/minute – concentration, focus increases dramatically. Memory becomes greater. Taps us into the interpersonal consciousness (after 12 minutes, you can tap into muscles and tissue and see what is occurring with these properties in the body).

7.5 breaths/minute – photographic memory, and access the Akashik records (after 24 minutes, you can tap into your hormones, your chemical makeup, your blood, your DNA, and begin to make corrections on a cellular level).

6 breaths/minute – tap into the deeper aspects of the subconscious level (after 36 minutes, you can begin to change habits on a physical and emotional level, and make corrections to your soul’s makeup, behaviors and thoughts).

4.5 breaths/minute – tap into super-consciousness (pituitary gland becomes fully activated, which produces Human Growth Hormones – helps make dramatic changes in the body, such as regenerating tissue).

3 breaths/minute – pineal gland is fully activated, tap into magnetic consciousness, able to attract and draw things to you, no disease can exist in your body (inhale for count of ten, exhale for count of ten). After 60 minutes, you can begin to draw all things unto you (this was left out of “The Secret”).

1 breath/minute – infinite consciousness – tap into a union with the higher self or over-soul. Activation of the black monad – the God force or Kundilini energy is awakened. Christ consciousness, third eye, enlightenment, Nirvana. At 72 minutes, you are able to extend your life for hundreds of years, tap into ability to correct behaviors/actions/deeds within one life, so you may then incarnate into higher dimensions.

Moneyless Society and other thoughts

A moneyless Society is an interesting concept.

The problem is that we have somehow convinced ourself that what we want is scarce. That somehow we have to take from others to gain. But in reality, to take from others is to take from yourself.

Scarcity does not exist. It is a concept, created, by the mind, and once one begins to realize its lack of inherent meaning and reality, the idea of scarcity makes less and less since.

Understand that you don’t have to believe in scarcity (or any concept). To choose not to believe in scarcity you may choose an alternative belief, like abundance.

When a society switches from an economic model of scarcity to an economic model of abundance then a moneyless society will be possible. No longer we will feel like we have to do things because we “have to” but we will do things because we want to, because what else is there to do but enjoy?

Naturally we will want to help each other, and in ways that we can. As our technology and understanding increases so will our ability to communicate our needs and wants, and quicker then will those needs and wants be fulfilled.

A person living in a moneyless society is to be deeply in touch with their needs. And fully aware of the interconnection of all beings.

If I hurt you I hurt me, if I hurt me I hurt you. If I love me, I love you. If I love you, I love me. True reflection.

There is really no need to pay. Payment is old paradigm. Do what you love. If you find something needs doing, either do it, enlist others to help, or don’t do it at all. The choice is yours. But to pay, to give up something in order to get something is not natural. Whence does the sky say to the ocean ok here is 100 duckets please let me have some water to make clouds. Or when do the cells of your body refuse to heal you because you don’t enough money to pay for insurance?

Money isn’t energy. Energy is energy. Money is made to seem like energy, but it is really just a concept of exchange, created by the mind. It is only a concept. It is outdated, and no longer needed. Trade is no longer needed. To barter one thing for another is to be separate. It is to believe that because “you” don’t have it “you” don’t have it. But if realize that what you want the other already has, then you can immedietly be fulfilled.

What about Need?
Whatever you need will always be present. Always. It has always been this way and it will always be this way.

Even the starving kids in Africa?
First of all, that is such a huge myth of western civilization, “the starving kids of Africa” is a famous fall back line. I am not denying that there might be starting children in Africa, and other parts of the world. But yes, these too have everything they need.

Then how do you define Need?
To need is to feel intensely that something outside of yourself, or what you identify to be outside, is required for you to survive.

Of course there are many problems with this definition of need. First off, we will always survive because we can never die. The more we realize this the better, the mone enjoyment we will take from our life. We can not die, we never will, we are eternal beings, forever shining, without anything needing to be done, with everything already accomplished, we are here to enjoy. Secondly, that we identify something outside of ourself, I need this thing to be close to me, I need this thing to be here. Or even more so, sometimes, I need this feeling to be away. This sensation not to be.

The Need Not to Feel Pain.
Or written in the positive, the need to feel happy. This is like gravity, an apparent constant in our belief system. Yet like gravity it bends.

Our pain can alert us to where we are going wrong, and our happiness to where we are going right.

“Follow your bliss.”

But to know your bliss you have to test out a lot of things it seems… then you know, but then again your bliss is always changing. So to followyour bliss might be like a dog following its tail, and thats OK, but the dog is damn happy.

You come to understand more of what you want by understanding what you don’t want…

How to be stress and pain free

There are no real problems in the present moment.
Problems only exist when we think about the past or future.
Problems exist in time.

The past already happened and the future has yet to become. All that is really true is this present moment.

Time is created and sustained by the mind.

Time and the mind seem to cause ceaseless suffering for mankind in the form of stress.

Thinking about “What-Ifs” we stress ourselves out.

Sometimes thinking about “What-Ifs” isn’t limited to our own body, sometimes we think of the “problems” of others for them. Sometimes the mind likes to think about the “What-Ifs” of others, the past or future of others, and this puts unnecessary stress on us.

What about pain?
Accept pain, just notice it. See it for what it really is. What is the pain without the labels? without running from the pain without wanting it to be different, what is it really? Then out of that presence, that presence and acceptance of what is an awareness might arise of what action really needs to be taken, if any. Its about action, its about not reacting.

You don’t have to stress yourself out. You don’t have to think so much about the past or future, for yourself or for anyone else. There is now, thats all there really is.

There is no real need to think much about the past or future. Suffering is optional. The correct action will present itself and it will be done. In fact the “correct” action is always being done. Its all quite perfect, always has been and forever will be.

Staying Happy

Staying Happy.

When you are present, you are in a state of deep peace. When you are thinking about the past or the future you are probably stressed out. Probably not all that happy. The more presence you bring into your life the more happy you become.

If you are not present it is because you are thinking about the past or the future. The present moment only exists now. Stay there.

Maybe the question arises, how do I manifest things, do things, if I am just being present?

If you want to manifest something then you have to stop believing that it is going to come sometime in the future. The more it exists in the future the more it exists in the future.

Yet at the same time be practical about it. Its OK to develop plans, to build things and use the mind that way. Fine. Wonderful. The mind is a useful tool. But just keep it that way, don’t let the mind run you. Take control. When you don’t need the mind, when you have finished planning, then stop it.

Stay present, come back to the present moment. Nothing in the future can make you happy, because the future doesn’t exist. If you put your happiness always on the future, then you’ll never have it because the future is never NOW. Only the now is now.

When will the future become the now? When you finally have that car, or that house? Or is it when you have that relationship you always wanted? After you have all those things, then will you say the future is now?

Imagine you had all those things now. It won’t last my friend, sorry. If the habit of your mind is to be constantly in the future then once the future becomes the now you will soon want something more. Something more!

This is why people want more.

People want more because their mind is always in the future, thinking about what it could have, what it doesn’t have. The mind has taken over. You have become identified with the future. The future holds all salvation.

Its the carrot in front of the horse, you can never have it because the future can never be the now! The future is the future! Let it go. Stop chasing that carrot and come to the present moment.

Ok, we are here. Now what?

Thats the mind. That question “now what.” Thats the mind, it always wants to be fed. Its hungry for input. Now what, now what. A lot of people get depressed or sad because they are bored. They have identified with the “now what” operation of the mind. “now what” can never be satisfied.

Let “now what” go, and realize the peace of the moment. There is nothing that needs to be done in the moment. In the moment there is peace. There is no “now what” in the moment.

Now what? Now! Thats what.

Thats really the type of attitude you have to have with the mind. You have to take strong and direct action with it. Strong energy.

This does not mean harsh, or negative energy. I am not saying to beat yourself up when you have a thought. I am just saying that you have to have a strong direct energy with your mind. Because the mind can be a trickster. It can trick you into believing anything.

So take strong energy with your mind. Tell it who is boss. It responds very very quickly. In fact so quick that after you tell it to stop it might start right up again. If that happens then be stronger. STOP! Be present.

Being present, is being present, it isn’t thinking about the past or the future.

You will notice that the more present you are the more things come to you. Whatever you want will start to come to you more and more because you are more and more present.

That means that you will be able to harness the power of the present moment. The true power of your mind. To truly tap into the power of your mind, just come out of a place of presentness. That is the seat of power.

That is where all inspiration is.

That is where all everything is. Think about it. All things are and ever will be in the present moment. This is because the past and future do not exist. There is only the present moment.

Sure, you might say, thats all -true-, but its just a word game.

And to this I would have to agree with you. This is just a word game.

After all these are just words. Words can only point to truth, they can not BE truth. The only truth is this moment right now, right now.

Right now is where all happiness abides, where it can only abide. The present moment is the only place that anything can actually happen, and it is the place where all things happen.

Being present is all there is really. There is only this present moment. There is only now.

So to be happy is to be present. Stay present. Everything that I just said really is just to coax the mind into accepting that it is OK to be present.

It is OK to let go of the past and future. It is OK to be now. There is nothing to worry about, as all problems stem from the past or future. You have everything you need, all is well.

In peace,
-Wayne

It only gets better

Life really gives you everything you want. Whatever you want you think about and therefor you get it.

So the trick is to want things that are empowering. Every thought you send out comes right back to you.

So send out good thoughts. In fact why not have them be the best thoughts ever. Send out positive affirmations of the best type possible.

For example. My living situation keeps getting better, and will continue to get better, always. The best ever, always. Always constantly better. Thats the energy that I send out.

We are always transmitting something to the universe, if we are conscious of it or not, we are always sending out energy vibrations to the outside. Whatever resonates with these energy vibrations comes back to us.

So why not vibrate at the highest level possible. Spend your time in the best possible locations, doing the best possible things, eating the best possible food, always better. Thats the energy I send out, and thats what I get. The best ever.

Be the best ever, have the best ever, know the best ever.

What I know to be the best, just gets better. Everyday I experience something, and then the next day I experience better, and better and better. What a wonderful spiral to be in, the best ever spiral.

It only gets better.

Thats a good motto to keep around, to send out, to be in; “It only gets better.”

Life is such an amazing thing. We have everything we want, right now, you, me, everyone has everything they want. Just look deeply and you will see. Even if you want things you still have what you want now. You always have what you want, now, in this present moment.

In peace,
-Wayne

What To Do With Our Time? Love

Sometimes I think the central question for humanity is “What should I do with my time here on this planet?” After the basics have been taken care of the question always haunts us; what should I do now? There might be thousands of answers to this question given by various religions, philosophies, and cultures. But still the question always remains; what am I going to do with my time?

History seems to record that humanity, generally, has been predisposed to answer this question with the wisdom of fear. I say “wisdom” of fear, because I do not want to belittle such an important evolutionary instinct. Yet, fear is stressful and limiting. That which is not fear, that is, love, can also guide us, it is yet another evolutionary instinct that we as a species are beginning to follow more and more.

The joy of love is guiding more and more people these days. We no longer require fear to survive, as a race we have the all the capabilities to live in love with all living things on earth.

Together more choose to answer the question “What should I do with my time?” With love, over fear. I see this as a evolutionary progression to a more harmonious, peaceful, joyful life on this planet.

Evolution starts and ends within. Once one begins to love him or herself the more love is found all around this person. Love begins within, as does fear, and outwards these guiding emotions ripple the external world. When one is beaming with love for him or herself it attracts others who are the same, when one is fearful of the amazing power inside it attracts other people who are the same. As more people find the joy of love inside, the more the world becomes joyful.

Soon history will predominantly report of people following their joy, of people who are guided by love.

So “What to do?” … Love. Love yourself. Nothing to change, nothing to do. Love. Is.

How to Make Good Decesions

The difference between being guided by love and being guided by fear.

Guided by fear

To be guided by fear is to do things because you are afraid of not doing it. When I do something out of fear I am usually persuaded by thoughts like “If I don’t do this then I might be in trouble in the future.” To be guided by fear is to always be thinking about the future, in a sense, it is to live in the future. When I am guided by fear I do things because I am afraid not to, not because I actually enjoy doing them. When I am being guided by fear I usually think like “i’ll do this, for that.”

Guided by love

To be guided by love is to do things because you love to do them for their own intrinsic value in the present moment. When I do something out of love I don’t have to be persuaded by thoughts of reward or punishment in the future, I do them because thats what I want to do right now. To be guided by love is to be present in the moment, enjoying life as it happens right now.

An example

Tonight I got a phone call asking if I wanted fly to Boston to become “trained” in an expensive proprietary development platform, something which could potentially be pretty lucrative. Instead of being guided by fear and thinking towards the future, I realized that this “training” was definitely not something that I wanted to be doing with my time, it was not something that I wanted to be doing right now. Instead of thinking about what I didn’t have and what I could have had, I looked at my present situation and realized that this payed training was not something that I actually wanted to do. If I was more aligned with fear in that moment I might have taken that opportunity thinking “I want to do this because it will give me more money in the future.” Instead in that moment I was more aligned towards love and in the present moment which totally screamed that this was not something that I was going to enjoy doing.

Basically, to be guided by love it to do something for its own sake, not for its fruits. To be guided by fear is to do something for the fruits and not for its own sake. Ultimately there is nothing wrong with being “guided” by either; love or fear. What it comes down to is how you want to live your life. Would you rather live your life doing things you don’t like for something in the future, or would you rather live your life doing what you love right now?

Like Attracts Like: The Law of Attraction

Like attracts like. How to use the Law of Attraction.

Yesterday I asked someone what they wanted, and she said; “I need core group of people to help me with my projects” and this really struck me. It struck me because that has also been what I have been telling people that I need. Thats when I realized the utter simple perfection of the universe. The universe only understands what you put out, it doesn’t “think” like we think in words and symbols.

We are like magnets; we attract that which we think. By constantly putting out the thought “I need a solid crew to help with my projects” that is exactly the type of people that I have attracted into my life, those that are also looking for a group to help with their projects! The universe, or what some people call the Law of Attraction, works in what can best be described as pure emotion and feeling, very much not thought. The law of attraction can’t decode our cryptic and error prone language, it works on a much more direct, faster, and subtle form of communication that of pure feeling or knowing.

The universe only understands the energy you put out, not necessarily the language thoughts. It works off the emotion that are attached to the thoughts, the knowing, the feeling that is behind and deeper than our language. In my case, I was thinking “I need a crew of people that are dedicated this project that want to work with me” and the universe attracted to me exactly the type of people that were looking for the same exact thing! The universe acted upon the energy I was putting out, I was sending out a specific type of energy, and I was aligned with that type of people, that type of environment.

If I want to attract those people who actually are dedicated and willing to work with me on my projects, I have to BE LIKE and FEEL LIKE those people that I want to be around, or else I just attract others that are looking for the same thing. If I want to be around people who are dedicated and committed to a project then I have to be dedicated and committed to a project.

It can all be summed up as: Like attracts like.

This is a very powerful truth and has wide reaching implications. For example, if I want to be around clean people then I have to be clean myself and then I will attract that energy into my life. The beauty of it is that you can get as detailed and specific as you want, and you will attract that into your life. We are like magnets; we pull that which harmonically resonates with our current energy to us.

So you can truly have anything you want, you just have to be that, you just have to give off that energy, and it will come to you. You have to know it, you have to feel that energy and it will come to you. It doesn’t work by just thinking about what you need. Thinking about what you need just puts you in a lack mindset and ultimately only attracts others that are also thinking in terms of need. Think, feel, and be like you already are what you are looking for. If you want to be abundant be grateful for the abundance you already have. Everything you ever wanted is already within you, just put your energy there and you start attracting it in greater mass to you. Just as bigger magnets are stronger than smaller ones the more you ARE that way the more you attract that way and it can create a wonderful positive spiral towards your goals.

You are creating your universe right now, everything that you have, everything that is around you is a result of some emotion or knowing that you have had. You can either make conscious decisions to shape the direction of your reality or you can let your subconscious do the manifesting work for you. On a very deep level everything around you stems from you, you are in ultimate control, in fact you ARE the control itself.

Your destiny is in YOUR hands. You can either stand up and start being that which you want or you can give it all up to fate or “circumstance.” I urge you to take charge of your life, start creating what you want and stop believing that you don’t have control. Your life is yours! Live it! Manifest that by being that.

Like attracts like. But don’t take my word for it: what type of people do you find yourself around, what type of environment do you find yourself in? Does this fit with the type of energy/emotions/feelings/deep thoughts you put out? Are you attracting that which like you are?

To Be Present is to Create Vibrations of Abundance

The difference between thoughts of abundance, thoughts of scarcity and their relation to desire and staying present.

I have made it a practice lately to be mindful of my thoughts. To me this means watching my thoughts, not labeling them as good or bad thoughts but just noticing my thoughts and everything else that goes along with them in that moment. This practice has been very fruitful for me.

For example, I have noticed that when I have desirous thoughts I loose track of the moment (as I explained in what we want clouds what is), but even more I have come to see that my desirous thoughts create vibrations of scarcity around me. So what does vibrations of scarcity mean? Well basically, It has been my experience that the thoughts I have eventually manifest around me. It has been useful for me to classify my thoughts as those that lead to abundance and those that lead to scarcity. By watching my thoughts I have noticed that when I am thinking about what I want, what I desire, or what I don’t have, I am thinking in terms of scarcity or lack. To desire I must think about what I don’t have first, thoughts of desire are rooted in scarcity.

Thoughts of desire are rooted in scarcity. Thoughts of abundance can never come from desire. And by abundance I don’t mean thoughts of what I want that would make me abundant, because those are just thoughts of desire of scarcity again.

What I mean by thoughts of abundance are thoughts that are true to the abundance of the present moment, thoughts that have no traces of desire. Examples of thoughts of abundance include thoughts of gratitude, content thoughts, clear present thoughts. Usually thoughts of abundance don’t have much logic behind them, they tend to be self evident. Abundance thoughts are very present thoughts. Its how the world is working right now, what is going on right now. Truly abundance is, it is the moment.

Scarcity isn’t. Scarcity is always something that is yet to come, something that might come, something that the mind is afraid of, something that either was in the past or something that could come in the future. But scarcity is never now. Desire can never be fulfilled now because if it could there would be no reason desire it. Desire and lack are always something that must be satisfied sometime in the future. Desire can only be fulfilled in the future, it is the nature of desire, thoughts of this nature take us out of the present moment and send out vibrations of scarcity.

Abundance is. Abundance is what is present at this moment. Whatever is going on now is what we are abundant to. Thoughts of abundance are focused on the present moment, noticing what we have, right now. Thoughts of abundance are not rooted in desire, they are rooted in what is, in being content, in peace.

By being present we are sending out vibrations of abundance. By having thoughts of desire we loose track of the present moment and send out vibrations of scarcity by focusing on what we don’t have. We have the choice to create whatever vibration we want, we can consciously choose either vibrations of lack or vibrations of abundance. Just remember that thoughts of desire are rooted in vibrations of lack furthermore to desire is to not be present, it is to be concerned with the past or future.

To choose abundance in your life is to choose the moment, it is to let go of desires.

What We Want Clouds What Is

Sitting in meditation tonight I couldn’t stop thinking about what I wanted to be different. I wanted this person to be there or I wanted that noise to stop or this or that pain to go away. My mind kept creating all these desires, all these wants. Sometimes desires would be somewhat hidden in the form of ‘it sure would be nice’ statements: “It sure would be nice if the whole house was meditating right now,” or sometimes my desires would arise as questions: “Why doesn’t that person stop playing the drums, don’t they know its time to meditate?”

To me my desires are very rational, they make perfect sense, and these “rational desires” can be a big problem in meditation. My mind believes in the correctness of its desires. It seems like my mind can come up with 100’s of different reasons why its justified in having a certain desire. In the case of todays meditation I kept having the desire for everyone in the house to be meditating with me. The thought loop of rationalizing was triggered by the desire to have the whole house meditating together. It was such a “noble” desire that I couldn’t easily put it down. It makes so much sense to my mind to be live with people who all meditate together, it is such a nice desire to have because it aligns with so much of who my mind thinks it is. My mind likes to think of its self as a “meditator.” So a desire for others to meditate with it fulfills a deeper desire of the mind, the need for identification. The mind wants to feel like it exists, and the best way to feel like it exists is if it feels like others are acknowledging it. So by having more people meditating with me my mind then further strengthens the idea that it is a “meditator.” In other words, the mind loves to show off, it gives it a sense of existence.

In the end all this desiring and rationalizing why the desire was OK only accomplished one thing: it brought me away from what actually was going on. Instead of being present and peaceful with what was, I was desiring and thinking about my desires of what wasn’t. The phrase: “What we want clouds what is” is the phrase that snapped me out of this thought loop and brought me back to the present moment. It rings so true for me, “what we want clouds what is,” meaning that my desires stopped me from being truly present to what was happening. I was so concerned with what wasn’t that I wasn’t with what was.

How will this help me in my daily life? This realization (if it can be called that) has shown me how time consuming and depleting righteous desires can be, that these type of desires are the ones I should be extra careful. All desires seem to do is take me out of the moment, and that is to detract from the blissful experience of just being. On a deep level to desire -really is- to suffer, more and more this becomes clear.
